Request Summary

This is a new policy. Must comply with the the federal regulation for institutions to determine and track where their students are located (i.e., state where they are physically taking classes). Must have a documented process/procedures on how the location is determined. Documentation of the determination of student location must be provided when requested by a state, the U.S. Secretary of Education, and/or by the Office of Assessment and Accreditation Support.
