Generating Your Signature Block
Step 2
- Fill out the business information form
- Click the “Generate” button
- Generated signature options will appear when completed
- Under “General/Athletics University Signature Block” click the size you want to download

Your new signature should be downloaded to your “Downloads” folder
Step 4
- Open Outlook
- Click “New Email“
Step 5
In the new message dialog box
- Click “Signature“
- Then click “Signatures…“
Step 6
In the Signatures dialog box
- Click “New“
Step 7
When the New Signature prompt opens
- Name your new signature
- Then click “OK“

Click the add picture icon
Step 9
The Insert Picture dialog box will open
- Navigate to your “Downloads” folder
- Select your generated signature block
- Click “Insert“

In the new signature dialog box
- Click “Save“
- Then click “OK“

In the new message dialog box
- Click “Signature“
- Then click your new signature to insert the block into your new messages
Using Your HTML Signature In Outlook
Step 2
- Fill out the business information form
- Click the “Generate” button
- Generated signature options will appear when completed
- Under “Outlook HTML Signature” click “Download Zip File“

Navigate to your “Downloads” folder
Step 4
- Unzip/Extract the downloaded zip folder
- Open the extracted file
Step 5
- Select all of the file inside of the unzipped folder
- right click on the files
- Click “Copy“
- Navigate to your “C:\” drive
Step 6
Navigate to and open the “Users” folder
Step 7
Open the folder that is named with your Digital ID
Step 8
Find and open the “AppData” folder
Step 9
Open the “Roaming” folder
Step 10
Find and open the “Microsoft” folder
Step 11
Find and open the “Signatures” folder
Step 12
Paste the copied signature file in the “Signatures” folder
Step 13
- Open Outlook
- Start a new message
- Click on “Signature“
- Select the “Utah Tech HTML” signature
