What you need to know if you are attending

We’re taking the university tailgate experience to the next level! Utah Tech University’s Trailblazer Village creates a sea of tents featuring food, SWAG, games and experiences. There is something there for everyone!

Join our alumni, students, athletes, and university faculty & staff as we celebrate homecoming at this featured event.

What you need to know if you are participating:

2024 Booth Map

The 2025 map will be available closer to the event, but to get an idea of our layout, check out Trailblazer Village 2024.

On October 25th, booth sponsors will enter at the 600 East parking entrance where booth signage will be available for pick-up. Load in opens at 1 p.m. and everyone must be in place by 4:30 p.m.

Know the Rules

Don’t know what to expect? Review the rules for participation and what you need to know about hosting a booth at Trailblazer Village.

General Rules:

  1. Participating in Trailblazer Village activities is voluntary
  2. You will be placed at the end of the line for registration if you do not sign up by Friday, October 10th .
  3. Every group must individually register. For example, if you are a department in the College of The Arts you still must register to reserve your tent.
  4. Trailblazer Village committee will provide 1 tent and 1 table per university group registration. Additional table and chair requests are not guaranteed. Groups may bring their own tent but it may not exceed 10×10 in size and must be secured using water barrels.
  5. Creativity, great SWAG, good food, and demonstrating university spirit are highly recommended. There will be a competition between groups that will include a traveling trophy.

All University sponsored booths will be set-up with (1) 10×10 pop-up tent. Make your tent unique by adding decorations and distributing one of a kind swag. Check out the custom swag you can order for your tent below.

All swag orders must be placed by Friday, August 29, 2025.

Outside entities will need to provide their own pop-up tent and secure it with water barrels.
