Mission Statement

The mission of Auxiliary Services is to provide outstanding products, facilities, and customer service to the University community in a fiscally responsible manner.

Auxiliary Services tries to provide the highest quality dining services, a campus bookstore, and market, residential housing, meeting and hospitality services, as well as a Road Scholar program. The vision is to be a student-centric division dedicated to providing the University community enhanced services, excellent product quality, and superior facilities. We are committed to providing creative and innovative services that offer superior quality and outstanding value to the customers we serve. We are also committed to a caring, diverse environment that demonstrates respect and encourages the success of each person in our organization. The division is focused on continual improvement of the customer experience.
