All UT parking lots are open and free to park in during the 114th Commencement Ceremonies. Spaces will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. A campus map can be found linked below. Please be sure to only park in designated parking stalls and locations.
All graduating students should attend the Grad Fair, where they will pick up their caps and gowns, honors stoles and cords. The Grad fair will take place at the Stephen & Marcia Wade Alumni House on the following days:
Tuesday April 29 (½ day): 2:00–6:00 PM
Wednesday April 30: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Thursday May 1: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Associate graduates will assemble Thursday May 1, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.
Master’s & Bachelor’s graduates will assemble Friday May 2, 2025 with their college:
MA/BA Ceremony #1 College of Humanities and Social Sciences & College of Fine Arts
8:00 a.m. – Graduate lineup starts, Encampment Mall
MA/BA Ceremony #2 College of Health Sciences & and College of Education
1:00 p.m. – Graduate lineup starts, Encampment Mall
MA/BA Ceremony #3 College of Science, Engineering, and Technology & College of Business
6:00 p.m. – Graduate lineup starts, Encampment Mall
All participants are required to wear their cap and gown. Tassels should be worn on the right side and will be moved to the left upon graduation. All graduates need to line up at the North Encampment Mall. There will not be a rehearsal.
Your seating in M. Anthony Burns Arena is reserved. Graduates are to remain for the entire commencement ceremony and must remain seated except during the awarding of degrees.
