The Utah Board of Higher Education announces launch of the presidential search committee, including search committee members, professional search firm, webpage, and public meeting dates

Step 2: February 7-8

Public meetings held on Utah Tech’s campus to garner stakeholder feedback and gather input for the composition of the presidential leadership profile (Zion Room, Holland Centennial Commons Building)

  • February 7 – 6 to 7 p.m.
  • February 8 – 10 to 11 a.m.
  • February 8 – 2 to 3 p.m.

Step 3: February

AGB utilizes stakeholder feedback to compile presidential leadership profile

Step 4: March 1

Application period begins

Step 5: April 29

“Full consideration” deadline

Step 6: May

Search Committee reviews applications and selects semifinalists

Step 7: May

Search Committee interviews semifinalists and selects presidential finalists

Step 8: May-June

Presidential finalists announced

Step 9: June-July

Finalists visit Utah Tech campus for interviews with key stakeholder groups

Step 10: June-July

Utah Board of Higher Education interviews finalists then selects and announces the new president of Utah Tech University
