Setup\fix Outlook on iPhone & Android

1. Tap the account or home icon in the upper left-hand corner
2. Tap the settings Icon

Tap your Digital-ID@utahtech.edu account

Tap “Delete Account“

Tap “Add Mail Account“

Tap “Add Accounts” if your @utahtech.edu email is showing

• Tap “Skip” if you don’t see your utahtech.edu account

If your @utahtech.edu account wasn’t listed and you tapped skip

1. Enter your Digital-ID@utahtech.edu
2. Tap “Add Account“
3. Enter your password
4. Tap “Sign In“

1. Tap on the icon in the upper left-hand corner
2. Tap the settings icon at the bottom

Tap on the account you want to remover under mail and storage accounts

• If it is listed twice or more, remove all instances of the @utahtech.edu account

Tap “Delete Account“

Tap “+ ADD MAIL ACCOUNT”

Tap “Add an email account”

If your @utahtech.edu account is not listed, tap “Skip this account”, but if it is listed, tap “Continue” and it should log you in.

If you tapped “Skip this account”

1. Enter your Digital-ID@utahtech.edu
2. Enter your password if prompted
