What is AL²?
AL² aligns everything we do, empowering students to connect, belong, and thrive while gaining skills for success beyond graduation. When students can clearly articulate their transformation through their Utah Tech experience, AL² becomes our identity—it is who we are.
Our AL² Commitment
The AL² program will foster a proactive culture, create an environment of belonging, empower students with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel—in their career, in graduate school, in life, and make a positive impact on society.
