Build career-ready skills

Create Lasting Impact

AL² intentionally bridges active learning and career readiness, helping students recognize how their classroom experiences develop the skills they will use beyond graduation. By building on the active learning strategies already incorporated into courses, AL² empowers students to recognize, articulate, and apply their learning to future academic, professional, and personal opportunities. To encourage meaningful participation, AL² experiences are organized into Point Levels based on the level of engagement, time commitment, and experiential learning involved. As students progress through the levels, they take on increasingly impactful experiences that foster career-ready and life-ready skills while earning recognition for their achievements.
